Good condition other than the BROKEN STUD TIP, and it MAY NOT HAVE ENOUGH THREADS left to clamp down tight enough where it installs. The stud may have enough lenght to run a die further down the stud for more threads. There's enough to install in place, use a little Loktite. Comes with 1 key, lock works fine. Buyer pays shipping in addition to price, thanks.
