Body	this stella is in good shape with a couple of bumps and bruises no rust just missing engine side cowl.scoot only has 300 miles really not even broke in . the carb needs a little work but runs,the oil injection has been deleted but can be hooked back up. it shifts great shops great with that hydralic disc front brake.this is a 2 stroke 4 speed manual shift scooter just an upgraded p vespa.it is registered in nevada so no back fees
